Gionee F205 is a low budget phone which is a good phone to buy for a first timer user of android phones such as students as the phone just gives normal specifications with nothing spectacular. The phone boast of mediocre specs with the only major highlight being it’s beautiful design and decent 2GB ram memory which makes the phone run ok.
DESIGN AND DISPLAY
Gionee F205 comes with a 5.5 IPS display touchscreen with a resolution of  720 pixels by 1440 pixels. The screen produces decent bright and clear display but nothing too spectacular as expected for a low budget phone. The body is made of metal and gives a sleek light feel when held.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Gionee F205 runs on android nougat os which is powered by MediaTek 6739 chipset housing a  1.3GHz Quad-core processor. This processor coupled with the 2GB ram gives decent phone performance when multitasking but may lag when it comes to running heavy applications and games. The inbuilt memory is 16GB which is to be expected from a low budget device. There is a SD card slot which can be expandable to 128gb for extra memory space.

Gionee F205 spots a 8mp primary camera at the rear with features geared at giving decent pictures and video quality. The front camera spots 5mp which is OK for selfies. Gionee F205 has basic connectivity tools like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot, GPS and supports various network technology from 2G, 3G  and 4G-LTE. It also comes with two sim cards slots.

The Gionee F205 is not yet available in Nigeria,when available you can get it at any of the online stores.Gionee F205 was announced in November and is expected to be released by December with a cost of N60,000.
