It actually took me days of  surfing the net and going through Pes forums to get this. Most of us have to deal with the pain of dealing with low graphics on PES 2017 though its not too bad but it actually makes us see an inferior side of the game. Imagine when  Peter Drury says that rain has started to fall during the game,yet you can't see any rain ..(it's not an error, it's the low graphic settings that caused it). Pes actually recommends playing it on 512MB of VRAM but I tested it on 32MB of VRAM and it was very fast so here are my recommendations, make sure you have any of the Intel Core processors with 2.40GHz or more. You should also have at least 4GB of RAM and Intel Graphics 3000 or above. The specifications I listed above is the minimum I think will work for everyone. I tested it on my laptop with 8GB of RAM, Intel Core i3 clocked at 2.40GHz with Intel HD Graphics 4000.

How To Play PES 2017 and 2018 With High Graphics

Download PES HD ACTIVATOR

Extract the files to the folder where your game was installed
Edit the configuration file and change the name to your system name (change the highlighted part Filename=C:\Users\Michael Blaze\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\settings.dat)

Run the Activator app as an administrator
Open PES Settings and copy your screen orientation and type it in the Activator app. (PES does not support all orientations so don't try to edit it to a random orientation)

Once you're done close the two apps and launch your game.
