All you have to do is Login your account, scroll down to where you will find 'Bundle section' and click on the 'Share button' at the right end of your plan.
Enter the account ID of the receiver that you want to share your data with and use the drop-down menu to select the volume of data to send it can be (200mb, 500mb, 1gb, 2gb, 3gb, 7gb, and more...) and your data balance which is remaining will also be shown to you in order not to share above your data limit.
Finally, click on the 'Share' button to send. That all you have to do, its quite easy.
